When processed using the drop forging method, it also acquires a directional fiber structure that increases its load-bearing capacity. Surface treatments such as anodizing or powder coating can further increase protection while also enabling adaptation to functional or visual requirements.<\/p><h2><strong>Custom manufacturing according to customer drawings<\/strong><\/h2><p>KAISER Aluminium-Umformtechnik manufactures housing components exclusively according to customer drawings or in close cooperation with its clients. This means that each component is individually adapted to the respective system architecture and its requirements. Complex shapes, tight tolerances, and high dimensional accuracy are a matter of course.<\/p><h2><strong>Exception: Standardized AR-15 housings <\/strong><\/h2><p>The AR 15 housings are a special feature, as they are the only standardized model available in the KAISER portfolio. These were developed to give smaller companies access to high-quality forged parts without the need for high investments in their own dies. Apart from this special product, all housing parts are project-specific and individually manufactured.<\/p><h2><strong>Combination of forging technology and finishing<\/strong><\/h2><p>Drop forging, supplemented by CNC finishing and high-quality surface treatments, produces housing components that are extremely robust and durable.
